Danee Hazama

DANEE HAZAMA: Danee Hazama has been based in Tahiti, French Polynesia doing photography for the past 25 years. He is actively involved with international indigenous culture and migration into the Pacific projects . Danee sails on replica Polynesian double hulled voyaging canoes and has traditional navigation across the Pacific using the stars with nature to guide the way.

He has worked with numerous clients to include National Geographic, UNESCO and Walt Disney Pictures. He has shared a TED talk and has been selected as one of Air Tahiti Nui’s Ambassadors. Danee was also chosen as Adventurer of the Year by the Los Angeles Adventurers Club of Los Angeles. He is honoured to be selected to be on the jury of the NGO International Film Festival 2022 in Nairobi, Kenya
